Karen has been involved in Senior English Education for 26 years. She was the founding Editor of Teaching English, a website for English teachers and is a contributing writer and advisor for The Age VCE Text Talk series. She lectures to students and staff across Victoria on all aspects of VCE English and has extensive experience as a VCE English Assessor from 1993 to the present. Karen has lectured in Cinema Studies at LaTrobe University and the Victorian College of the Arts. Karen has written reference material and study guides on VCE English and currently works with the Teacher Candidates from the University of Melbourne.
