Heather has taught VCE Food and Technology for 15 years at Strathmore Secondary College and is the Technology Key Learning Area leader in the school. She is a co-author of the current texts Food Solutions and Checkpoints for Food and Technology. Heather is an experienced VCAA examination assessor (since 1998) and is a member of the review committee for the Study Design of Food and Technology.
