Matthew has taught VCE Physical Education at Caulfield Grammar School for 18 years and is currently Head of Health and Physical Education. A published author in the field of Exercise Biochemistry, Matthew has had extensive experience presenting and delivering revision and preparation seminars for VCE students and Access Education.
