Booking Information

Application forms are sent to schools five weeks prior to start of each program. If you do not receive yours please contact us to have one sent to you, or download the applicable form on our downloads page.

If you would like to receive the latest information on Access Education's VCE lectures, please add your name to our mailing list. You will be sent information and application forms for upcoming lectures as they become available.

Applications close two business days before the date of each session.
Group discounts are not available after the closing date. Please supply (on a separate sheet of paper) the name and address of each student claiming a group discount price.
Teachers accompanying a group of 5 or more students (booked on one form) are entitled to receive a complimentary ticket.
Photocopied application forms welcome.
Full payment by cheque/money order made payable to ACCESS EDUCATION, or valid Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard details must accompany each application.
Phone and fax bookings must quote Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard details or a School Order Number.
On receipt of your booking you will be sent a confirmation letter/tax invoice, venue map and tickets.
The organisers reserve the right to vary the advertised program if necessary.

Refund policy

In the case of cancellation of a booking, Access Education will refund the full amount less a $5 administration fee provided notification is received prior to the closing date. In all cases entry tickets must be returned to Access Education before refunds will be processed.
Cancellations made after the closing date are not eligible for a refund except in special circumstances. Please call the office on 03 9530 0336 to discuss any such requests.
