Lecturer Profile - Rebecca Swain

BA, DipEd, VCE English and English Language Teacher, Carey Baptist Grammar School.
Rebecca is a teacher of VCE English and English Language at Carey Baptist Grammar School. She has a background in media and has used the knowledge and skills this path provided her to inform her role as a teacher of linguistics.
She has considerable experience in presenting to fellow teachers and in delivering effective revision lectures to VCE students. She has written practice VCE English Language examinations for publication and in 2009 and 2010 was involved in preparing and delivering a short course for teachers new to teaching English Language.  She has also worked as an assessor for the VCAA.
