The Essential English program, presented by leading VCE English educators including Helen Billett and Ross Huggard, features 1½‑hour lectures offering in‑depth analysis of eight major 2026 List One texts, including High Ground, Sunset Boulevard and Oedipus the King. Four additional texts will also be available as streamable video sessions.  

The program also includes a specialised exploration of each of the four new Frameworks that make up Section B. Crucially, there is a session devoted to Analysing Argument – which is the area of the exam that most students struggle with.

Each session will be accompanied by a bespoke hard copy set of notes that are not available to purchase anywhere else. Together they will help your students prepare for one of the most important VCE exams they will sit.
