There has never been so many changes implemented in career education for young people in schools as there has been in recent times. This creates many opportunities for Careers Practitioners. It will markedly increase the profile of careers education and will have an increased emphasis on the role of parents in career decision-making. It also strongly encourages the involvement of industry. But in many schools these massive changes will also bring challenges in terms of staffing and the development of curriculum resources.
This half-day of professional development will add to your existing ‘Toolkit’ ideas, and activities to help you through these changes.
This interactive online professional strikes a balance between supporting new Careers Practitioners working in the field for the first time as well as providing new and exciting ideas for the experienced Careers Practitioner.
This is a live, online lecture delivered via a Zoom webinar with the resources being posted to you prior to the webinar session.
