This presentation explores essential aspects of the four areas of study that will be assessable in the final examination. The role of the subsystems and revision techniques for the metalanguage component of the course will also be covered. In addition, the presentation will consider the three-part structure of the exam itself and provide a range of tactics for systematic and successful independent revision. Tips for reading and writing in the examination will also be shared.
Overall, students will be given detailed, practical strategies to confidently enhance their writing skills and therefore maximise their potential English Language exam performance, and therefore enhancing both their critically-important English Language Study Score and ATAR score.
