This session will provide a brief overview of the Outdoor and Environmental Studies course ranging from indigenous and past relationships with the outdoor environment through to the various conflicts of interest in our contemporary society. Past examination questions will be explored and students will be taught how to apply knowledge obtained during their practical outdoor experiences to short answer questions.
This lecture will provide an interactive opportunity for further course understanding along with an opportunity to develop stronger study techniques.
Students will be taught what to avoid in their examination answers and will be given suggestions on how to write more appropriately for the examiner.
Overall, students will be given detailed, practical strategies to confidently enhance their skills and therefore maximise their potential exam performance, and therefore enhancing both their critically-important Outdoor Ed Study Score and ATAR score.
This is a live, online lecture. Please note, due to Copyright we are unable to distribute recordings of lectures.
